How do I place an order?
There are many methods of placing your order. (1) Place an order online using our search function (2) Call us toll free at 1-866-962-4404 (3) Fax in your order to 888-628-9539 (4) Email your order to email@example.com (5) Click on the live chat button and we will place an order for you.
Using any of these methods, we will thoroughly review your order and will confirm the order by phone, email or fax before we charge your credit card.
What are the steps of the order process?
(1) After you place your order, we will review the order, making sure that we have everything we need to properly complete the job. (2) We will send you an order confirmation that you must sign and fax or mail back to us. (3) After we have received the order confirmation, we will send you a proof (usually within 1-3 business days). After the artwork is approved your order will enter production and your product will ship.
Is there a minimum order size?
Every item we offer has a minimum order quantity listed on our website and in our catalogs. If there is any question, please call us and we will be happy to answer any minimum ordering questions.
Will I get a discount for large quanities?
There is usually a discount for larger quantities. In our search function you may see the discounts listed. If you need more assistance please call us direct at 1-866-962-4404.
Is my order secure?
Our site uses SSL technology built into your web browser to ensure that your private information remains as safe as possible. How and when do I pay for an order?
Forms of payment accepted:
Credit cards: We accept Visa and Mastercard and most customers prefer this method of payment. Please do not submit your credit card information via email as it is not secure. At the time of your order you will have several secure options to transmit your credit card info to us.
Check: We accept pre-payment by cashiers or registered check, made payable to "Promo Deli".
Payment is required up front, in full at the time of order confirmation. We ask for this payment up front to keep costs low and pass those savings on to our customers.
How will my order arrive?
Orders typically ship UPS or FedEx Ground delivery, although faster services may be arranged during the order confirmation stage of the order process.
