How do I submit my art/logo files? Artwork may be submitted by email to

What if I don't have art/logo files? In most cases, we can provide artwork services for you at a very reasonable cost. Most of our products feature a setup of only $40 to make your project 'print ready'. This includes up to 30 minutes of design time with a premier designer. Most jobs will be completed within this time. Please call us toll-free to discuss your project. If you have the capabilities to submit your files 'print ready' according to our Art Specifications we will gladly waive the set up fee.

Will I see a proof? Yes, typically you will see a proof via email that must be approved before production begins. On certain items, such as rush 1-day items, we may ask that you sign off on an order without a proof in order to receive your product on time.

What about turnaround time? Turnaround times depend on the product and ability of our manufacturers to produce the product. The time for product typically starts after payment is processed and artwork is submitted, designed and approved by the client. The turnaround time is usually listed on the product item, but if you have any questions or certain deadlines to meet, the best method is to call us directly and we can help answer any of your questions.

Ordering, Payment & Shipping

How do I place an order? There are many methods of placing your order. (1) Place an order online using our search function (2) Call us at 619-273-3354 or (3) Email your order to Using any of these methods, we will thoroughly review your order and will confirm the order by phone, email or fax before we charge your credit card.

What are the steps of the order process? (1) After you place your order, we will review the order, making sure that we have everything we need to properly complete the job. (2) We will send you an order confirmation that you must email confirmation back to us. (3) After we have received the order confirmation, we will send you a proof (usually within 1-3 business days). After the artwork is approved your order will enter production and your product will ship.

Is there a minimum order size? Every item we offer has a minimum order quantity listed on our website and in our catalogs. If there is any question, please call us and we will be happy to answer any minimum ordering questions.

Will I get a discount for large quantities? There is usually a discount for larger quantities. In our search function you may see the discounts listed. If you need more assistance please call us directly.

Is my order secure? Our site uses SSL technology built into your web browser to ensure that your private information remains as safe as possible. All of your "check out" information (including your credit card number) is sent to us via an encrypted connection with a certificate from Intuit Quickbooks.

What are the terms & conditions of sale? Promo Deli follows general business practices. 

How and when do I pay for an order? Forms of payment accepted:

Credit cards: We accept Visa and Mastercard and most customers prefer this method of payment. Please do not submit your credit card information via email as it is not secure. At the time of your order you will have several secure options to transmit your credit card info to us.

Check: We accept pre-payment by cashiers or registered check, made payable to "Promo Deli".

Payment is required up front, in full at the time of order confirmation. We ask for this payment up front to keep costs low and pass those savings on to our customers.

How will my order arrive? Orders typically ship UPS or FedEx Ground delivery, although faster services may be arranged during the order confirmation stage of the order process.


Use of Trademarks Customer Use of Trademarks

Any customer ordering custom-imprinted merchandise from Promo Deli represents and warrants to Promo Deli that he or she has the unrestricted right and authority to use, copy and distribute each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, statement, portrait, graphic, artwork, photograph, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property in the way it is applied to promotional merchandise. Purchase of merchandise from Promo Deli in no way, shape or form grants a customer permission to reproduce logos, nor does it transfer, grant, or lease ownership of any logos or trademarks to a customer.

To use any logo a customer MUST have written permission from the registered owner of the logo or trademark, or be an authorized agent or affiliate of the registered owner of the logo. A customer may NOT use any logo in a manner that may infringe on copyright laws. A customer also may NOT use any logo in a vulgar, illegal, and/or unlawful manner. Promo Deli assumes no responsibility for damages or any wrong doing that the purchaser may cause using a logo. Promo Deli shall not be held liable for the unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of any logo or trademark that is applied to promotional merchandise purchased through Promo Deli. Promo Deli will also not accept responsibility or liability for the actions of clients who have misrepresented their ownership of licenses or trademarks. Promo Deli will reserve the right to refuse orders from any customer who has violated or otherwise infringed upon the intellectual rights of others.

Terms & Conditions

Returned Checks

In all cases where a check is returned for insufficient funds or any other reason that prohibits Promo Deli from completing a deposit transaction, we will assess a $50.00 fee.

Payment Terms

All Promo Deli orders are pre-payment, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon in writing. If you are granted payment terms, you agree that if you are late paying your invoice, a 1.5% finance charge or the maximum charge permitted by law may be assessed against all accounts with past due balances. You agree to pay all the company's reasonable attorney's fees and all collection agency fees incurred in the collection of any amount owed and not paid when due.

Shipping Delays

Customer agrees that he/she will not hold Promo Deli accountable for delays in delivery caused by acts of God or other circumstances over which we have no control. Factory shipment or delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers, and in no case shall Promo Deli be liable for any consequential or special damages arising from any delay in delivery.


Promo Deli warrants that all goods sold are free of any security interest and will make available to you all transferable warranties made to Promo Deli by the manufacturer of the goods. Promo Deli makes no other express or implied warranties, and specifically makes no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.

Merchandise Consistency

We encourage you to take the opportunity to review a sample of the actual product before you order in bulk quantity. It is important that you understand that these samples are representative in nature. While we are very careful about the suppliers and manufacturers we use, manufacturing variations are unavoidable and a natural result of the manufacturing process. By choosing to place an order with Promo Deli, you are agreeing to accept merchandise with reasonable manufacturing variances in product material, color and packaging. The most common example of this is apparel dye-lots.

Transfer of Ownership of Merchandise

All goods become your property at the time they are accepted by the shipping carrier.


Your submission of an online order and/or your signature on our Order Confirmation is a conditional acceptance by Promo Deli of your offer to purchase our goods and your acceptance of our terms and conditions. It may contain terms that differ from or add to those contained in your purchase order, should you have one, and to the extent that this is the case, Promo Deli hereby expressly conditions its acceptance of your offer on Promo Deli's assent to the additional or different terms. Your receipt and retention of the goods covered by this invoice shall constitute acceptance of any such additional or different terms. You and Promo Deli agree that any contract hereby entered into has been made and is to be governed by California state law.

Sales Tax

Promo Deli is required by law to collect all applicable state and local taxes for services and goods shipped to California. Customers in other states may be required to remit use taxes. Please consult your tax advisor. Companies, individuals and organizations who are exempt from sales tax should provide us with a copy of their resale certificate.

Cancellations and Alterations to Existing Orders

Once an Order Confirmation is approved, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order. Promo Deli will make every effort to comply with your cancellation request. If you have already signed your Order Confirmation, there will be a minimum charge of $50.00 to cover order entry and preparation expenses. In addition, you are liable to pay the agreed upon price for any work that may have been completed up to the time that we are able to cancel your order. These charges may include but are not limited to setup charges, artwork preparation charges, shipping charges and restocking fees. All completed work and costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Claims, Adjustments and Returns

If you have any problems with your order please contact Promo Deli at 619-273-3354 within 15 days of receipt. We urge you to open your shipment and inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt to review its quality. After 15 days we will be unable to go back to our suppliers for credit. Please have your order number available when you call. We cannot accept unauthorized returns. Custom imprinted merchandise CANNOT be returned for credit.

Overages and Shortages

We try to produce your order in the exact quantity ordered, but this is not always possible due to quality control efforts and machine set up. We reserve the right to ship and subsequently bill or credit your charge card or account for up to 10% over or under the desired quantity.

Site Pricing

Pricing on this site is not official pricing. While we make our best effort to keep our website and catalogs up-to-date, from time to time actual market conditions may change the price of a product. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If a published price is incorrect on an item ordered, we will contact you immediately with the most updated price or help you choose a different item that is within your budget.

Site Images

We make our best effort to provide clear and color-correct product images on our site that best reflect the true nature of the products. However, website images are inherently limited in their ability to communicate color, scale, and detail. We want to remind customers to be careful about making assumptions about products from the site image alone. We strongly urge you to order actual samples. If you choose not to evaluate a physical sample, we cannot be held responsible for the difference between the image as it appears on your monitor and the final product.

Special Offers

Unless stated otherwise, all special offers are subject to the following standard terms and conditions:

  • Each offer may only be used one time per customer.
  • Special offers may not be combined on a single order.
  • Each product purchased is considered a separate order, even when multiple orders are placed at the same time.
  • When qualifying for special offers, order size does not include shipping or tax.
  • Special offers and coupons are only valid on orders purchased at website pricing.
  • Special offers may not be valid on certain items.
  • To redeem any special offer, the coupon code must be given at the time of ordering.
